01 Data controller

02 What data we collect

From the quote form and the calculator: your name, phone number, email address (if you provide it), details of the car you are interested in (VIN or lot number, make, model, year, the amount from the calculator) and your message, if you add one. We also record which consents you ticked and when.

Automatically while you use the site: IP address, device and browser type, and data on how you use the site, only to the extent you consent to in the cookie banner.

03 Purposes and legal bases

Handling your enquiry and preparing a quote, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest: contacting a person interested in our offer).

Car offers and commercial information by email and by text message and phone, only if you tick the consent for that channel: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. You can withdraw consent at any time: write to [email protected] or tell our consultant.

Statistics and marketing (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) and measuring the effectiveness of Meta ads after you submit a form and when your enquiry moves to the call or contract stage, only with your cookie consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time by changing your cookie settings.

Defending against claims and legal obligations (e.g. tax), Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR.

04 How long we keep data

We process form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and then until any claims become time-barred or you withdraw consent.

Data processed on the basis of consent (analytics, marketing), until consent is withdrawn.

We keep a record of your consents (channel, date, wording) also after withdrawal, until claims become time-barred, so that we can show that consent was given.

05 Recipients of data

IT and hosting providers who store data on our behalf under data processing agreements: Supabase (CRM database with enquiries), Netlify (CRM application), Cloudflare (site delivery and protection) and our server provider.

Telegram: our salesperson receives a notification about a new enquiry (name, phone number, car).

Providers of analytics and advertising tools (including Google and Meta), only to the extent of your cookie consent.

Meta Platforms Ireland (Conversions API), only with marketing cookie consent: after you submit a form, a hash of your phone number; when your enquiry moves to the call or contract stage, hashes of your phone number, email address, first and last name, plus the car you asked about; purpose: measuring ad effectiveness.

We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in that case we apply the safeguards required by the GDPR (a European Commission adequacy decision, e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).

06 Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) if you believe we process your data unlawfully.

07 Cookies

Cookies necessary for the site to work are always used. Statistics and marketing cookies run only after you consent in the cookie banner. You can change your settings at any time.

08 Providing data

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to prepare a quote and get back to you. Without it we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.
