A cost estimate — before you spend a złoty
BEFORE the auction you get the full bill: car, ocean shipping, customs, VAT and the repair estimate. One figure, in black and white. If the numbers don’t work — we don’t bid and you lose nothing.

The auction
We bid on your behalf and stick to the estimate — we know these auctions inside out, we know when to push and when to walk away. After a win you have two business days to pay: the transfer goes in USD straight to the insurer selling the car, not to our account. No overpaying on emotion.

Shipping and customs
The car first goes to our transload yard in the USA — we take extra photos before loading, then ship by container only. Ocean, port, customs, excise, documents — all the paperwork is on us. You always know where your car is.

The questions others would rather not hear
A salvage car from the USA — am I not buying someone else’s problem?
No — before you bid on anything, we screen the car’s history in CARFAX, AutoAstat or EpicVIN reports, so you see damage, mileage and repairs in black and white. And if you don’t want a salvage car, we can source a fully functional, accident-free vehicle straight from a US dealer.
I’m paying tens of thousands upfront. How do I know my money is safe?
We start with a refundable deposit and a service agreement — everything in writing. After a winning auction, the payment goes in USD directly to the insurance company selling the vehicle, not to our private account. At every stage you know what is happening with your money.
What will I REALLY pay? What do others hide in the fine print?
The "to your door" price covers: the car with the auction house fee, inland transport in the USA, ocean freight to Rotterdam, customs and tax fees at the port, delivery to your address in Poland and our fixed commission. Billed separately: excise duty, any repairs, headlight conversion to EU spec, document translations and the appraiser’s valuation — and we tell you this upfront in the estimate, before you bid, not after the fact.
What if the car arrives in worse shape than the auction photos showed?
We confirm the auction condition with our own eyes: the car first goes to one of our five transload yards in the USA, where we take extra photos before loading. We ship by container only — the car is firmly secured with specialist mounting, so it picks up no transit damage. And because we do the repairs in-house, nothing goes missing along the way — we are accountable for the condition the car arrives in at your door.
Why are US cars so much cheaper? What’s the catch?
There’s no catch — it’s market scale. The same model in the USA can be 30-40% cheaper than at a Polish dealership, and the choice of luxury, sports and well-equipped models is incomparably wider. What usually eats the difference is fear of the paperwork and transport — and that’s exactly what we take on. You pay the estimated figure, the savings stay with you.
How do I know the repairs won’t cost as much again?
Because you get the repair estimate BEFORE the auction — alongside the car price, transport and fees. We repair in-house and stick to that figure, not "it ran over, tough luck". We also adapt the car to EU standards (e.g. headlight conversion). If the post-repair total doesn’t add up — we simply don’t bid, and you lose nothing.
Customs, excise, registration — how much paperwork is left on my side?
Almost none. Within 48 hours of winning the auction we pay for the car, arrange transport to the port and ocean freight to Rotterdam, and settle customs and tax fees on arrival. You receive a complete document set with the US title, which we verify for compliance — with it you can register the car at any vehicle registration office in Poland.
How long do I wait for the car and what do I see along the way?
Typically 4-6 weeks from the auction to Poland — the timeline depends on the purchase location, ocean freight availability and customs. Along the way you’re never guessing: at the transload facility we take extra photos of the car before container loading and keep you updated at every stage.
